Job Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with end customers and companies by visiting them regularly and updating their customer files in our database system.
* Broaden and deepen public relations, foster reliable connections with clients to meet their needs.
* Analyze the market to identify potential business opportunities and follow up on orders to ensure timely completion.
* Gather project information to drive sales growth, analyze competitor activity to stay ahead.
* Craft and implement effective sales strategies, achieving set targets through collaboration with colleagues.
* Engage in commercial negotiations for key projects to guarantee regional business objectives are met, aligning with company goals.
* Support financial transactions, collections, and related tasks.
Key Qualifications
* Familiarity with local markets and construction machinery is highly valued, with a focus on heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete machinery, tower cranes, forklifts, foundation machinery, aerial work platforms, mining machinery, etc.
* Degree holders in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or international business are preferred.
* Proficiency in coordinating leasing activities is advantageous.
* A sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
