Field Service Engineer Responsibilities
* Delight customers through timely and competent response to their needs, coupled with clear communication and collaboration with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region receive a professional after‑sales service.
* Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions; conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.
* Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory and escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support or the quality reporting system.
* Help our organization grow by providing high‑quality support for existing customers and by identifying new customers and opportunities during your time in the field.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Engineer Degree Required or similar.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Excellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
* Networking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels.
* Training and/or coaching experience.
* Experience in maintaining and applying global processes.
* Experience working in a matrix organization, including building relationships remotely and cross‑culturally.
This position reports to the Iberia Service Manager and is part of the Iberia Service Team. The FSE will be based in Madrid; however, the role will be fully remote.
