* Improve RAG pipeline (semantic + hybrid search)
* Build and refine multi-turn AI agents
* Optimize tool routing and system architecture
* Develop real-world AI features:
o device controlo automation logico context-aware insightsYour Profile
* Proven experience building real LLM systems (not demos)
* Strong Python (async, APIs)
* Understanding of system architecture
* Clear communication in English
* Based in Mallorca (or serious about relocation)
Nice to have:
* Lang Chain / Lang Graph
* Vector DBs (pgvector, Pinecone, etc.)
* Io T / smart home experience
