If you're passionate about innovation, challenges, and want to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter — we want to hear from you!**.## FUNCIONES Y TAREAS:* Control de personal (recogida de documentación, firma de contratos, etc...)* Efectuar labores de administración de control de personal (Altas, bajas, gestión de tipo de contratos y su firma, horarios, días de vacaciones.. indicadores, solicitudes, permisos, recogida de documentación, etc.)* Atiende las consultas de los empleados en todo lo que concierne a su relación con la empresa.* Control de presencia y absentismo laboral.* Gestionar la formación de la plantilla de trabajadores de la compañía. Gestiona cursos de formación para los empleados. Bonificaciones y PIF o Privada.* Ayuda a gestionar la política retributiva de la empresa.* Gestión de Calidad de RH, auditorias anuales, junto con responsable del Dpto. de RRHH y Resp. de Calidad actualizar organigramas, perfiles del puesto, perfiles personales, plan de formación junto con evaluaciones de la formación, y formación interna y externa entre trabajadores.* Gestión integra de prácticas curriculares, extracurriculares, beca de todo tipo(Santander, Profesionales, prácticas erasmus)* Gestionar en colaboración con el servicio de prevención y mutua, las medidas de Prevención de riesgos Laborales. Competencias asignadas, relacionadas con la Seguridad y Salud Laboral, alcanzar el objetivo global de integrar e implantar una autentica cultura preventiva en todos los niveles de actuación de la misma.* Colaboración en el reclutamiento y selección de candidatos. Búsqueda de perfiles profesionales para cada puesto de trabajo. Reclutar y gestionar la selecciona a los candidatos y acogida.* Impulso de acciones para la mejora continua.## FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA:* Preferible: Licenciatura /Grado en Derecho, Diplomado en RRLL, Grado en RRLL y RRHH## FORMACIÓN ESPECIFICA/ CUALIDADES* Manejo de herramientas en Informáticas.* Orientación al cliente. Agradable, buen trato. Habilidades sociales.
