CRO & UX Research Specialist
Responsibilities, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our digital sales funnels through data-driven experimentation, user behavior insights, and continuous UX optimization. You will own the
A / B testing roadmap
, identify high-impact opportunities, and work closely with Digital Products, IT and Data teams to maximize conversion across key customer journeys.
Define and own the
A / B testing strategy and experimentation roadmap
, from hypothesis creation to post-test analysis.
Design, launch and monitor
A / B and multivariate tests
using AB testing tools and frameworks.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to
identify conversion bottlenecks and UX pain points
Collaborate with Digital Product teams, Product managers, product designers and Engineering teams to
translate insights into actionable improvements
Conduct
UX research
, user flows analysis, session replay reviews, and usability discovery.
Build and maintain
dashboards and experiment performance reports
to inform stakeholders.
Advocate for a
data-informed decision-making culture
within the organization.
Contribute to
UX best practices
, documentation, and conversion playbooks to scale knowledge internally.
Proven experience in
Conversion Rate Optimization, Digital Analytics or UX Research
in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
Strong
analytical mindset
and
data interpretation skills
— confident working with funnels, event tracking and experiment metrics.
Hands-on knowledge of
A / B testing platforms
( AB Tasty
is a plus).
Solid understanding of
UX principles
, user journey mapping and heuristic evaluation frameworks.
HTML and JavaScript
familiarity (not development-level, but enough to understand front-end constraints and QA experiments).
Excellent
English communication skills
(written and spoken) — able to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Comfortable working
cross-functionally
with Digital Products, Marketing on-line, Commercial, Data, and Engineering teams.
Experience with
Google Analytics / Tag Manager / Amplitude / Mixpanel
or similar analytics tools.
Knowledge of
CRO testing methodologies
(bayesian vs frequentist models, segmentation strategies, sample size calculation).
Understanding of
personalization frameworks
and experimentation beyond simple A / B testing (segmented experiences, trigger-based optimizations).
