Responsibilities
* Create a social media strategy and calendar for various social platforms
* Develop and execute original ideas, scripts, and concepts end-to-end
* Craft all creatives, including messaging, design, and video
* Produce content focused on marketing and B2B topics to drive traffic and growth
* Utilize AI to generate content ideas and help with execution
* Collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Build and engage a professional online community through impactful content
* Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all platforms
* Optimize YouTube performance through SEO, thumbnails, and high-retention content
* Use social trends (sounds, challenges, formats) to expand reach and visibility
* Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
* Proven experience in B2B and/or media environments.
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to produce engaging, on-brand content
* Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software
* Progressive thinker and avid user of AI
* Passionate about communication, creativity, and making an impact
* Able to work between 6 AM and 3 PM EST
