**Requirements**:
**What will you do?**:
- You will be helping our Engineering teams to achieve Technical Excellence by empowering them and giving them the appropriate tooling and communication channels within the company.
- You will promote an Agile and Lean mindset within the company, not only coaching and helping our Product Teams but educating the rest of departments (Pre/Post Sales, etc.) on the benefits of it.
- You will remove blockers and will help to identify what things do not need to be done or can be simplified by fully understanding the business objectives of the company and using them to remove engineering load.
- You will help with the alignment of the Platform and the rest of the engineering teams, creating an environment of collaboration in which we make sure we are solving real problems step by step and with thorough validation.
- You will foster an environment of Psychological Safety within the company in which everyone is comfortable sharing their ideas whereas identifying and embracing the best ones in a discussion.
- You will help on strategies to retain engineering talent within the company.
- You will provide feedback to senior management on the needed changes and resources on the engineering teams.
- You will influence and drive the engineering teams to provide value on quick cycles, to reduce the release time and having zero downtime on upgrades and changes into production whereas meeting the performance and quality requirements.
**What are we looking for?**:
- Experience in all the tasks mentioned above.
- At least 8-10 years of management experience with a philosophy match.
- Having worked in fast paced environments with proven value delivery.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and Lean with focus on DevEx.
- Experience on start-up/scale-ups that are product focused.
- Experience on advanced system’s architectures (distributed systems, high performance environments, no down-time environments, etc) to support business goals.
- Extensive experience with microservices and large-scale systems.
- Active listener, huge degree of empathy and highly resolutive.
- Excel in communication skills in English (Spanish as extra points).
