Mission:
\nDrive business growth and provide technical support for the Self-Adhesive product range, acting as the link between customers, sales teams, and operations.\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and internal teams on self-adhesive products, mainly within the label sector.
\n
- Act as a liaison between the commercial and industrial departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
\n
- Support the resolution of quality incidents by coordinating tests, analysis, and follow-up actions between commercial and industrial teams.
\n
- Deliver technical training to customers and the sales force.
\n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, promoting tailored technical solutions.
\n
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain market intelligence, including pricing, market trends, and competitor activity.
\n
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums.
\n
- Work closely with the Product Manager to translate market and customer needs into clear value propositions, messaging, and commercial tools.
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or after-sales roles, preferably in the self-adhesive, labels, or graphic arts industry.
\n
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
\n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
- Customer-oriented mindset with an organized, collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach.
\n
- Ability to work autonomously.
\n
- Availability and willingness to travel frequently.
