Senior Digital Experience Manager
Digital Experience Management is a critical function that enables organizations to deliver seamless, omnichannel experiences to their customers. As a Senior Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our digital presence, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and meets the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of digital strategies, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, leveraging industry-leading technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop and manage digital content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements, to engage audiences and convey brand messages effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and industry developments, applying this expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with experience in developing and implementing digital solutions using AEM's core features and APIs.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as familiarity with popular front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the performance of digital channels and inform data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
