**Job description**:
We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D;) Responsible to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge in Spain.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate with the European training and development team.
Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs in Spain.
Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, gamification and more.
Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and agencies.

**Requirements**:
C1 Advance Certificate in English.
5 years of experience as an L&D; Responsible, Training Responsible or similar.
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices and budgeting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
Used to working in international environments.
