Main responsibilities: Actively participate in pre-sales and technical support processes, from needs assessment to closing proposals. Work alongside technical teams to design new services and to evolve and optimize existing ones. Analyze client needs, design customized cybersecurity solutions, and present and defend technical and commercial proposals. Prepare support documentation such as quotes, presentations, and solution defenses. Provide technical support to the sales department in acquiring new clients. Manage key accounts to identify opportunities and generate new business. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with Tarlogic's growth strategy. Permanent contract, salary range €38,000 – €44,000 gross/year plus a semi-annual bonus, 100% remote with access to Santiago and Madrid offices, teleworking allowance, and versátil benefits (restaurant card, childcare, transport, health insurance). Nice to have Excellent written and oral communication skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences, in Spanish and English. Knowledge of penetration testing, Red Teaming, and/or cyber intelligence for technical communication.
