Medical Information Specialist (Portuguese, French & English)

We are a diverse, international team that spans safety hubs in Ireland, Poland, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, India and the USA. This role places you at the forefront of Patient Safety, giving you daily direct contact with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients across therapeutic areas such as Respiratory; Infectious Diseases, Immunology and Inflammation; HIV & Oncology.
You will provide key medical information call centre services and process safety and product quality information to help optimize the safety profiles of products. In addition you will receive ongoing training and development from in‑house safety experts to support your career growth.
Responsibilities
* Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, managing medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints and other call types.
* Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources, including investigative sites, during regular weekday business hours.
* Establish and maintain effective team communications, including providing regular feedback to local management on project metrics, out‑of‑scope work challenges/issues and successes.
* Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
* Participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings, work within working groups to implement new initiatives, identify, and implement process efficiencies.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or Healthcare.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Portuguese and French (minimum C1 level).
* Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across our Lifecycle Safety service lines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining consistently high‑quality standards.
* Excellent organizational skills and time‑management skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
* Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and manage competing priorities.
