Our team culture is built on collaboration and proactive support.What you will do in Data Science at OLXWork in the Data Science team, focusing on LLMs and GenAI, from a platform and marketplace perspective.Build, test and deploy models to production, measuring their true impact.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, translating requirements into achievable projects.Partner with Engineering and Product to deliver customer‑facing and platform solutions.Work with Product Analytics to track KPIs of ML use cases and measure impact on customers.Partner with the Experimentation team to integrate KPIs into the A/B testing platform.Collaborate in multi‑functional, diverse general teams.Have fun working with us.Who we’re looking forYou must be located in Barcelona.Solid background in statistics and modeling.Good knowledge of Python and experience with common data libraries. Experience withAI Agents frameworks (Pydantic AI, Google ADK, Langchain, etc.).
