We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who will own our social media presence, lead innovative content strategies, and ensure consistency and impact across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a mix of creative vision, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
The Content & Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and executing HOFF’s social media and content strategy across all platforms. You will develop high-impact, trend-driven content that strengthens the brand and drives engagement, while measuring and optimising every action to ensure growth and relevance. This role will also coordinate content needs across web, paid media, CRM, and e-commerce to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.

* Social Media Strategy & Ownership
* Own the global social media strategy for HOFF.
* Set clear objectives for engagement, reach, community growth, and conversion.
* Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to keep HOFF’s content fresh and relevant.
* Develop and manage a platform-specific strategy for each channel, adapting tone, format, and content accordingly.
* Content Creation & Coordination
* Define the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns, product launches, and key retail moments.
* Brief and coordinate with internal teams (creative, paid media, CRM, e-commerce) and external partners for content production.
* Oversee and guide the creation of videos, photos, and copy optimised for each platform.
* Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and storytelling across all digital channels.
* Performance & Optimisation
* Track, analyse, and report on social media and content performance weekly and monthly.
* Use analytics to optimise content strategy, identifying what works and what doesn’t.
* Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking to stay ahead of trends and best practices.
* Community & Engagement
* Ensure an active, authentic, and engaging presence in our online communities.
* Partner with PR, influencer, and brand teams to integrate ambassadors, creators, and campaigns into the content strategy

* 5+ years in social media and content roles, with proven experience managing brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
* Strong understanding of digital storytelling, trends, and platform-specific algorithms.
* Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred.
* Proven track record in growing communities and driving measurable results through content.
Skills :
* Strategic thinker with a creative edge, able to balance brand vision with performance metrics.
* Strong coordination and project management skills to align multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Ability to brief, guide, and evaluate creative content effectively.
* Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Sprout, Later, or similar).
* Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish.
