✍️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✍️
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in large corporate environments, ideally within operations or digital transformation contexts.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
- Background in operations, process optimization, or digital transformation projects
- Experience with Process Mining / Process Intelligence initiatives (e.g. Celonis)
- Knowledge of BPM methodologies and BPMN notation
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operations environments
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support one or multiple squads
- Act as a bridge between IT, business and operations teams
- Support process optimization initiatives linked to Process Mining and BPM
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure Agile best practices
- Promote transparency, delivery tracking and operational excellence
