We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer - Analyst to join our team!
The Analyst will be responsible for processing and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The Analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and provide insights that drive decision-making. The Analyst also creates visualisations, dashboards, and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
He / she will :
* Bring relevant experience in Omnichannel analytics. Analyzing data on customer interactions across all the different channels of the business to provide a seamless, personalized experience as customers transition from one touchpoint to another.
* Develop and maintain data structures to support the Go-To-Market strategy.
* Develop and present reports, visualisations, and dashboards that communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
* Develop and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and procedures.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Data, Tech, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare business.
* Relevant experience in Omnichannel analytics. Analyzing data on customer interactions across all channels to provide a seamless, personalized customer experience.
* Experience in Snowflake.
* Experience in DBT or related tools.
* Proficient in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Soft skills are essential: a good attitude, being a team player, good organisational skills, openness to learning new tools and technologies, especially as virtual events and related platforms evolve.
* Exposure or knowledge of the Pharma industry is a plus.
