Join to apply for the Motion and Visual Designer role at Neurored TMS & SCM
Location: Fully Remote (Preferred time zones: EU or India)
Reporting To: Head of Marketing
About the Role
The Neurored Group is a collection of fast-growing tech companies operating in three dynamic industries: restaurant technology, transportation logistics, and AI-powered agents. With around 200 team members globally and ambitious plans to 10X over the next few years, we move fast and expect our brand presence to reflect that energy.
We’re looking for a Motion & Visual Designer with at least 3 years of experience, someone hungry to make an impact, and passionate about high-quality, strategic design. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to bring ideas to life across web, content, social, and ad channels.
This is a fully remote opportunity, with flexibility to work in either the EU or India time zone. It’s a demanding role—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and views design as a tool to drive business results, not just decoration.
Responsibilities
* Graphics for Web Design: Design clean, minimalistic, and responsive webpages that support storytelling and drive conversions.
* Motion Design: Create lightweight, web-optimized animations to enhance product and marketing experiences.
* Marketing Collateral: Design lead magnets (eBooks, templates, toolkits) and polish sales decks to ensure clarity and brand consistency, balancing file size constraints with visual impact across channels like LinkedIn.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in visual and motion design
* Strong portfolio demonstrating work in marketing design, web layouts, and animated assets
* Ability to follow creative direction and contribute ideas
* High attention to detail, layout, balance, and visual storytelling
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent such as Affinity Design Suite) and Figma
* Experience with Lottie Creator or similar motion design tools
* Familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow is a plus
* Comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment
* Ability to collaborate in English with a multilingual team (Spanish skills are a plus)
