¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
3. Support the administration and daily operation of HRIS systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
4. Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders on system maintenance, improvements and projects
5. Support the evolution of the Employee Central module according to business needs
6. Maintain employee data and ensure data quality through audits and issue resolution
7. Apply data privacy and security standards when handling HR information
8. Support HRIS incidents and user requests
9. Provide user support and contribute to documentation and user guides
10. Participate in process reviews and initiatives related to optimization and automation
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
11. Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar
12. Experience working with HR systems or exposure to HRIS environments
13. Solid understanding of HR processes, systems and data
14. Good Excel skills;
experience with databases or reporting tools is a plus
15. Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset
16. Comfortable working in an international environment
17. Fluent in English and Spanish
