We’re expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to help grow our international client base. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and strengthen our presence in global markets. You’ll own the entire sales cycle – from strategising and prospecting to negotiating and closing complex B2B deals across diverse industries. To succeed in this role, you will need 7+ years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales or business development, with at least 2–3 years focused on selling financial services and payments products. What you’ll be doing Drive outbound sales into new regions and market segments using your own networks and executing global targeted outreach strategies in line with Altery’s go-to-market plan. Own the end-to-end business development & sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing – using a mix of outreach channels including cold calls, networking, email, social media, and industry events. Manage the entire outbound sales process from first contact to close, with a focus on B2B international companies and entrepreneurs. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting high-potential prospects into active Altery customers. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure continued engagement and long-term growth of the customers you bring on board. Identify and develop relationships with strategic partners across various industries. Keep detailed records of your activity and pipeline progress in our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring a high level of sales hygiene and pipeline visibility. Share on-the-ground insights to help shape product, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Work cross-functionally with the broader GTM team to continuously improve targeting, outreach tactics, and messaging. What you'll bring 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B environment, ideally in the financial services or payments sector. At least 2-3 years of experience selling financial services and payments products; preferably Virtual IBANs, FX, and cross-border payments. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong outbound sales experience and a commercial mindset. Experience working across global markets and managing high-volume sales, particularly in international SMB/SME segments. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills, with proven ability in pitching and prospecting clients. Ability to evaluate and qualify clients based on their potential future profitability. Fluent in English, with high-level proficiency in at least one other major European language, native-level skills are a strong advantage. Knowledge and sales experience in one or more of our key industries, including but not limited to: Wholesale, Cryptocurrencies & Digital Assets, Marketing & Advertising, Affiliate, E-commerce Platforms and Marketplaces: Retail and Digital goods, Logistics, IT & Software development, Financial institutions, Gaming & Digital product distribution, Online services.
