German Business Development Representative | Krakow, Poland

- Role: German-Speaking Business Development Representative (Cloud Technology)

- Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month + Quarterly Bonus (5,000 PLN+)

- Work Model: Krakow, Poland / Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Job Overview

Looking to build long-term client relationships instead of transactional sales?

Join a global outsourcing partner supporting a leading cloud technology client, where sales is driven by consultative conversations, not cold pressure. In this role, you'll work with SMBs, agencies, and decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities and delivering real business value.

This is an exciting opportunityfor candidates who want to enter or grow in tech sales within an international environment.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow existing B2B client relationships

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in a cloud-based ecosystem

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Engage with C-level and business decision-makers

Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and retention

Stay updated on technology and digital trends

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience

Experience in prospecting, account development, and closing deals

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Interest or basic knowledge in cloud / SaaS solutions

Solution-oriented and proactive mindset

Willingness to relocate to Kraków
