Power Platform Developer (Low-Code)
We are looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer (Low-Code) to design, build, and scale impactful digital solutions that empower business teams. This role is primarily focused on delivering high-quality Power Platform solutions end-to-end from use case assessment and architecture to development, integration, and deployment working closely with cross-functional squads and IT.
You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Beyond delivery, you will also contribute to strengthening the low-code ecosystem by promoting best practices, supporting citizen developers, and helping evolve governance and platform capabilities.
What you will do
* Design, develop, and deliver scalable low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) aligned with business needs.
* Own the end-to-end delivery of solutions, from use case assessment and technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
* Build reusable components, templates, and best-practice patterns to accelerate development across use cases.
* Develop end-to-end workflows and integrations that streamline and connect business processes.
* Ensure solutions are secure, performant, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards and governance.
* Support and enable Citizen Developers by providing guidance, coaching, and technical support to non-technical users.
* Create training materials, documentation, and self-service resources to drive adoption and best practices.
* Review and quality-assure solutions built by business users to ensure consistency, security, and scalability.
* Contribute to governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with security policies, DLP rules, data protection, and Responsible AI principles where applicable.
* Promote best practices across the organization and provide visibility on platform usage and adoption.
* Collaborate with IT on platform environments, connectors, integrations, and licensing considerations.
* Monitor and optimize performance, supporting troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
* Evaluate new Power Platform features and capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs.
* Ensure solutions can scale from tactical use cases to enterprise-grade applications when needed.
* Assess and recommend the most suitable approach for each use case (low-code, integration, or pro-code).
What we are looking for
Core Technical Competencies
* Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
* Experience designing and implementing Power Platform governance and security.
* Proficiency in building complex workflows, custom connectors, and integrations.
* Knowledge of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices.
* Understanding of API integrations and data connectivity patterns.
Supporting Expectations / Nice to Have
* Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
* Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
* Background in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript).
* Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
* Knowledge of other low-code platforms (Appian, OutSystems, Mendix).
* Experience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, life sciences), with awareness of compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI expectations.
