The role is full time based in our office in Madrid, hybrid working split between home, office and occasional work locations across Europe as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team delivering product compliance as part of the Regulatory Team, delivering operational compliance in all aspects of our food portfolio, as we strive to deliver Kellanovas business plans. No two days are the same as you work to support compliance across our diverse product portfolio one day you may be assisting with the training internal stakeholders on a new regulatory requirement, the second liaising with European regulatory authorities on one of our innovative new products. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
1. Management of Regulatory Resources - Drive cross category and regional operational management of regulatory resources and support.
2. Guidance, Advice, and Support - Provide expert guidance and support to the R&D team and extend your expertise to other business units, helping them navigate regulatory requirements effectively.
3. Provide Input - Contribute with regulatory insights and recommendations to strategic initiatives, while collaborating with stakeholders to align regulatory considerations with business goal.
4. Guidelines and Training Dissemination -Create and deliver guidelines related to regulatory matters and provide training sessions to ensure team members understand and adhere to regulations.
5. Outcome Driven Decision - Make informed decisions that will be driven by regulatory insights, aiming for positive outcomes, by engaging with stakeholders across categories and the entire business.
Were Looking for Someone With
6. A Law Degree and/or Regulatory professional qualification.
7. Exposure to regulatory affairs, preferably in FMCG and/or Regulatory experience.
8. Strong attention to details.
9. Stakeholder management experience.
10. Proficiency in English and Spanish
