Mission: Support Strategic Marketing activities for product scope across EMEA
Your responsibilities:
* PRODUCT STRATEGY AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
* Help build a good understanding of the market through market research and own tools focused on:
o Consumer purchase and usage behavior
o Competition knowledge
o Trends inside and outside our industry
o Sales analysis support (monthly & ad hoc)
* Help define full value proposition for new concepts (product, detailed specs, benefits, reason to believe, pricing)
* Contribute to product development projects as needed (NPD, Sustaining, VIs, Compliance)
* Manage & implement Packaging improvement project
1. GO TO MARKET:
* Recommend, create and update sales-oriented documents such as benchmark tables, sales pitch, range recap
* Provide guidelines and support Marcom Manager and Training team for execution of B2B and B2C communication materials especially:
o Annual catalogs
o Product visuals
o Product leaflets and brochures
o Videos
* Coordinate content update in new tools (PIM, Brand websites)
* Monitor users satisfaction via available tools (reviews platform, social media, sales feedback)
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
* Master 2 in Marketing/business school OR Engineering degree/Master 2 in Engineering with a marketing/business specialization with part of the curriculum or internships performed outside of Spain
* English and French: professional fluency
* 2/3 years work experience
* Open to travel (Lyon, Toulouse, Germany, others) as needed, particularly during the 1st year
Competences:
* English: Professional practice (written & spoken) is a must, Spanish is highly desirable
* Marketing mix knowledge (B2C and/or B2B2C)
* Well-structured / organized
* Strong analytical skills
* Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
* Project management: from the initiation to the delivery of projects
* Good use of Excel, Advanced use of Powerpoint for sales presentations
Behavioral Skills:
* Positive mindset
* Can deliver value in a functional role within a matrix environment, through a “servant leader” attitude
* Attracted to the technical side of products
