Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. You will lead and grow the sales department, driving strategy and performance to achieve business objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
* Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
* Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution.
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
* Setting departmental goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Strategising and overseeing sales activities, including pipeline management and forecasting.
* Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
* Collaborating with the design team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
* Reporting on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Utilising CRM tools (HubSpot) to track progress and optimise sales processes.
Qualification:
Skills and Experience you will bring :
* Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding a sales team to success.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and other sales tools.
* Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
* Strategic planning and target achievement skills to drive departmental success.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal).
