Lead the creation, editing, and optimization of content for a versatile and competitive own and paid media channels, ensuring that both corporate and country-specific content are aligned with the company’s global objectives. This role plays a key part in enhancing the company’s digital presence by managing and curating content that reflects the brand’s values, supports business goals, and engages target audiences across multiple platforms.
The mission includes:
1. Driving inbound strategies, optimizing SEO and GEO performance, and ensuring a cohesive digital communication strategy.
KEY FUNCTIONS
* Digital channel management :
Define, develop, manage, and maintain the company’s digital communication channels, including the Cellnex Trends blog and external corporate newsletters, to project the company’s positioning and proactively engage target audiences.
* Content creation and editorial planning :
Create, plan, and publish content globally and locally, ensuring alignment with the Group's B2B profile and strategic objectives.
* Website coordination :
Coordinate, support, and monitor country and corporate websites, ensuring adherence to the corporate style guide and guidelines.
* Inbound strategy development :
Implement inbound strategies developed by the Analytics and Automatization team to drive engagement and lead generation.
* Editorial management :
Oversee the editorial management process for corporate communications and website content.
* SEO strategy and optimization :
Develop and execute SEO strategies to optimize the company’s website for search engines and improve visibility.
* Social media presence :
Plan, manage, and monitor the company’s corporate presence and profiles on social media platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Education :
Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
* Languages :
English (must-have), Advanced Spanish (must-have), Any other Cellnex language (must-have).
REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS
* Software Tools :
Microsoft Office Suite (advanced), Content Management Systems (e.G., WordPress, Drupal - advanced), SEO tools (e.G., SEMrush, Ahrefs - advanced), Web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics - advanced).
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrated experience in managing corporate websites and digital content creation.
* Proven expertise in SEO strategy development and optimization for corporate websites.
OTHER SKILLS
* Excellent writing and editorial skills with a strong focus on web content management.
* Proficiency in webmaster management and a deep understanding of SEO practices.
* Results-oriented with strong planning and execution capabilities.
* Experience with content curation and familiarity with social media metrics and digital dashboards.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
