What are we looking forCosentino team is looking for a Retail Sales Manager for Rotterdam.You will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short- and long-term expectations to ensure delivery of the best of our services, generate demand, through appropriate care and service to the different sales channels for the company:

To be a successful Retail Sales Manager with us, you will work with different segments :
Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within remodel, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication sectors.Responsible for overall sales of the assigned territory.Identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize the visibility of Cosentino products to generate sales.Promote visits to Cosentino Centers to optimize sales and marketing.Work to find new points of sale.Customer ServiceEnsure customers have marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and display towers to support sales.Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, updating CRM, providing quotes, and scheduling visits.Increase market share by increasing displays and point-of-purchase materials within the territory.Plan visits based on client importance and appropriate frequency.Build and maintain good client relationships based on mutual trust and respect.Provide post-sale service.Prepare action plans to target specific clients and project contact numbers.Collaborate with corporate staff, centers, and other managers to meet goals.Work with the General Manager and Sales Team on business strategies for all customer segments.Train in product features and attributes, and provide relevant marketing tools.Monitor and update data in CRM.What you need to succeedRequired Experience :
At least 2-3 years of experience in :
Commercial projects.Experience with customer databases, Salesforce preferred.Stone fabrication or distribution experiencePreferred Education :
