Main Tasks
- Continuosly monitor and control offshore wind turbine
- Support for system commissioning
- Sately prepare turbines for vessel and helicopter approaches
- Ensure turbines remain in a safe operational state at all times
- Identify unusual system behavior and respond quickly to alarms or disruptions.
- Remotely operate and troubleshoot power generation systems, aiming for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Escalate unresolved issues to on‑site teams with clear, detailed handover information.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through both written reports and verbal updates.
- Lead shift activities, ensuring smooth operations and a prompt response to unexpected events.
- Keep accurate records of system alerts and customer interactions, and address issues as they arise during your shift.
- Collaborate with technical teams to refine event analysis and support turbine commissioning.
- Execute electrical switching operations safely and according to established procedures.
- Collect operational data after events to support further investigation and system improvement.
- Perform software updates on turbine control systems and monitoring devices.
- Monitor turbine safety conditions and act appropriately when risks are identified.
- Assist offshore technicians with remote troubleshooting support.
- Coordinate daily tasks closely with offshore personnel and marine coordinators.
- Maintain clear communication with the customer’s control room regarding all remote activities.
- Manage scheduled and unscheduled interventions from within the ROC.
- Follow standardized ROC procedures to ensure consistency across global operations.
- Take ownership of the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of all assigned offshore sites.
- Log system statuses and operational activities clearly and accurately in daily reports.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
Work Experience
- Background in related technical field experience, industry, renewable energy, or similar field.
- Minimum qualification of a FPII technical degree in Electromechanical or Renewables Energy.
- English Advanced level is mandatory. Strong communication skills verbally and written.
- Hands on experience windows servers.
- Ability to monitoring scada screens.
- 3+ experience in power plants/renewable projects, ideally wind projects.
- Strong understanding of site level processes and safety standards.
- Ability to work on team and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Ability to work rotative shifts, 24/7 coverage.
