Experteer Overview As a key member of the Location & Platform Management Support team, you will serve as the primary contact for Front Office and business support functions, coordinating requests and approvals across Deutsche Bank. You will manage onboarding, orders and invoices for selected vendors, and drive platform-related initiatives and process improvements. You will help update forms, policies and documentation, ensure professional formatting, and support governance through control activities and robust reporting. This role connects cross-functional teams to sustain reliable operations and risk management in a general bank. - Serve as point of contact for Front Office, guiding processes and policy requests and coordinating internal approvals
- Maintain vendor relationships, manage orders and invoices, and coordinate internal approvals
- Update internal/external forms and documents with consistent, professional formatting
- Liaise with Business Management, Risk Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other functions
- Contribute to updating policies and procedures; maintain and update reports and presentations; perform controlsResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in Private Banking / Wealth Management with good knowledge of banking documentation
- Excellent spoken and written English; German or French a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong document formatting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities with cross-functional networking
