The International Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day international sales activities, driving revenue across multiple markets through active pipeline management, and supporting the sales team to consistently achieve targets. /ppThe ideal candidate has proven experience closing international deals, managing key global accounts, and coaching sales team members through a practical, performance-focused leadership style. /ppThe role involves coordinating daily international sales operations, monitoring performance by market, ensuring effective follow-up with international clients, and building strong, long-term relationships that support the company’s international growth objectives. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppReporting to the Commercial Director, the International Sales Manager’s responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to: /pulliDevelop, lead, and inspire a culture of results, accountability, personal professional growth, and collaboration within the international sales team. /liliDrive the commercialization of hospitality services across international markets, diversifying the client portfolio into high-value sectors and increasing the contribution of international customers in line with the company’s growth and profitability objectives. /liliLead the planning and execution of outbound international sales efforts, including lead scoring and assignment, product launches, campaign design and management, and sales activations for premium hospitality products. /liliDesign and execute B2B international prospecting strategies to generate new sales opportunities, run outbound premium campaigns, and consistently exceed revenue targets. /liliCommercialize high-end hospitality products to international VIP clients, C-level executives, corporate decision-makers, and high-net-worth individuals through outbound sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations. /liliDeliver and lead high-impact sales presentations and host tailored sales events for current and prospective international clients. /liliCollaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure accurate management of international customer and prospect data, and the efficient, strategic distribution of leads by market. /liliProvide regular and structured reporting, including daily, weekly, and overall updates on sales pacing, pipeline health, outbound activity metrics, campaign performance, and event outcomes. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/ppTo perform this role successfully, the candidate must be able to execute each essential duty at a high level.
