Responsibilities:
1. ACS Convergence Deployment
Support the ACS Convergence deployment and preparation of major releases within the framework of user management migration from ICC-CADB to the ACS platform.Organize and lead meetings (attendance, scheduling, agenda/scope)Write minutes of meetings and follow up on actionsPrepare and update deployment materials based on input from sub-epic leadersOrganize Decision Gates with stakeholders and prepare supporting materials (checklists, presentations, test evidence)Collect and analyze needs from programs and functions, prioritize with sub-epic leadersProvide feedback and negotiate agreements between end users and technical leadersSupport key users throughout the deployment
2. ABP Documentation
Support a Process Management Team (PMT) composed of a Process Owner Delegate (POD) and Process Operational Manager Representatives in defining and cascading Configuration Management requirements into processes.Develop raw data for PPIs (reporting, monitoring, missing data features)Develop and publish PPIsDefine end-to-end solutions for automation and publication of PPI visualsDrive annual process adherence survey campaigns (via DEMAT)Establish a communication framework for operationsSupport PRM activities (preparation, minutes, action plan follow-up)
Requirements:
Proactivity and teamwork – initiative and collaboration with clientsHigh autonomy – ability to manage activities independentlyStrong communication skills – interface with multiple stakeholders, lead meetings (good English comprehension and expression required)Experience with Airbus and Configuration Management is a plusLong-term commitment (minimum 2 years)
