At Exeltis, we are looking for someone with a foundation in planning, a strong analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn, to join the Supply Chain area and grow as a Junior Demand Planner in an international environment.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a junior professional who wants to grow within the demand planning area, contributing to forecast analysis, data monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to support more accurate and efficient planning.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with initial experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or S&OP, who is eager to continue developing within the pharmaceutical sector.
The challenge!
* Support the preparation and update of the demand forecast, consolidating information from markets, affiliates, or regions.
* Collaborate in the analysis of sales history, trends, seasonality, and other factors impacting demand.
* Participate in the preparation of information for monthly planning cycles such as S&OP / IBP.
* Help monitor deviations between forecast and actual demand, identifying possible root causes together with the team.
* Collaborate with Supply Planning to align forecasts, product availability, and supply needs.
* Support the maintenance and review of planning-related information in systems, such as lead times, basic parameters, or product data.
* Participate in the follow-up of product launches, transitions, discontinuations, and obsolescence control.
* Prepare reports and KPIs to support analysis and decision-making.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting within the area.
What do you need?
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in roles related to Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or S&OP.
* High level of English, with the ability to work in an international environment.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience or familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
* Knowledge of planning or analytics tools such as APO, IBP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Interest in developing within the pharmaceutical sector.
