Are you passionate about Digital Sales and improving the customer experience? We are looking for you to join our Molex team as a Sales Development Account Manager for our EMS team (m / f / d). In this role, you will develop strong relationships with our CM (Contract Manufacturer) / EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners, build and maintain a sales pipeline, and identify new business opportunities.

What You Will Do
1. Drive profitable growth within the European CM / EMS customer base.
2. Proactively interact and align with Global and Worldwide Account Managers.
3. Develop and expand customer networks using traditional and digital sales tactics; innovate to enhance customer experience.
4. Manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
5. Support complex RFQs and price negotiations.
6. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers.
7. Build and manage relationships with customer experts, management, product managers, and sales professionals to maintain and grow business.
8. Work with customers to understand their needs and develop customized growth strategies.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience in the electronics industry.
* Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Comfortable using modern communication technology for virtual presentations and demos; creative and non-linear thinking.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer engagement.
* Open-minded towards digital sales tactics, including digital marketing and social media.
* Ability to prioritize and work independently.
* Experience in sales, account management, or inside sales.
What Will Put You Ahead
* Knowledge of other European languages.
* Knowledge of electronic applications and connectors.
* Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
