We are looking for an experienced R&D Program Manager to lead a strategic international software transformation program focused on consolidating multiple existing solutions into a single global Cloud platform.
You will drive the program end-to-end, coordinating international teams and aligning product strategy, software development, and business stakeholders.
This role requires a strong combination of program leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management in complex international environments.
Lead the transformation of multiple existing solutions into a unified Cloud platform.
Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
Technical background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
~8+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within software or product development environments.
~ Experience managing transition initiatives from legacy systems to Cloud platforms.
~ Solid understanding of software development processes and agile environments.
Experience in industrial software environments such as MES, ERP, CAD/CAM, manufacturing execution, or other Industry 4.0 solutions.
Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or similar certifications.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and program management capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Lead a strategic global transformation initiative with high business impact.
