Field Service Engineer Radiology Solutions
Field Service Engineer for DR and CR equipment. This position performs technical service and support day‐to‐day business on Agfa and third‐party products and systems to customers. The employee will be based from home and will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment. The individual must be customer focused at all times, prepared to work alone and as part of a team, interact well with colleagues, customers and third‐party trades in a professional and tactful manner, and present a positive image of the company.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Install and modify Agfa and third‐party products (DR and CR)
Troubleshoot Agfa and third‐party products, repair and replace on‐site and remotely
Assist R&D and HQ in problem solving and risk analysis
Train the customers
Escalate when necessary to 2nd and 3rd tier support
Manage and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on Agfa products reporting according to our procedures
Assist internal and external customers on‐site and remotely on technical questions and issues
Identify opportunities for up‐selling Agfa Services and Products and pass on upselling opportunities to sales as required
Manage return of equipment and parts in a compliant timely manner to company procedures

Who You Are (Qualifications):
Education:
University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechatronics or related
X‐Ray operator license could be a plus
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of previous experience installing and maintaining medical devices/healthcare products, especially X‐ray/DR systems
Experience with networking and remote diagnosis software systems
Experience working safely with electromechanical systems
Project Management skills could be a plus
Specific skills:
Languages: Spanish (native speaker level) and English (at least B2), Valencian/Catalan desirable
Proactivity, flexibility, independence, initiative, eagerness to act on short notice and adapt schedules, openness to new challenges, focus on customer relationship, positive mindset, energy for change
Excellent attention to detail, strong self‐motivation, good communication, willingness to travel for business
Able to fault‐find basic electronics to component level, excellent analytical skills
Good knowledge of X‐Ray/DR and Windows 7/10
Full driving licence – willingness to travel daily and occasionally to other European countries
