W hat will you do in the project? SERVICENOW ARCHITECT & SOLUTION DESIGN Lead Architect & Solution technical engagements for ServiceNow IT (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM) and Risk & Security solutions (IRM/GRC, Third‐Party Risk, Security Operations, BCM). Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and current tool landscape to design end‐to‐end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. Define solution architectures, functional designs, and high‐level implementation approaches Act as the SPOC for local clients around the main projects implementing ServiceNow Clearly articulate the business value , differentiators, and ROI of ServiceNow versus competing platforms. Position ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform, not only as a product. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, roadmaps, and best practices. Mentor junior pre‐sales or solution consultants when applicable. SERVICENOW SCOPE & EXPERTISE Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (hands‐on or pre‐sales). ~ Solid understanding of ITIL , risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, etc.). ~ Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages are a plus).
