About the Role
You will act as a trusted advisor for small and medium-sized businesses, guiding them through their digital advertising journey. Working in a tech-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with high‑potential companies and contribute directly to their growth.
Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into active customers and expand relationships through strategic upselling.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads.
- Own your client portfolio, optimize campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work toward individual sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.
- Understand customer goals and match them with the right advertising solutions.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize market potential and improve client results.
- Guide SMB clients through the sales cycle and support the launch of their first Google Ads campaigns.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Native-level German (C2) and excellent English.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑stakes environments.
- Strong closing skills with warm SMB leads and ability to align solutions with business goals.
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
- Solid CRM experience and ability to optimize workflows.
