As Internal Sales Manager, your mission is to lead and support the internal sales team to reach our targets by setting goals, coaching team members, and making sure we follow the right strategies to grow the CSO business. You will report to the Business Line Manager CSO (Service & Optimization department)
You will:
- "Translate" the division sales strategy into the local market, considering market intelligence, customer base and sales potential, to increase customer ratio and increase sales in existing ones- Design the correct sales territories, making sure they are well balanced and optimized. You will also be assigned a portfolio of clients and a territory to manage.- Define the sales team, considering the CSO sales organization and all sales roles, to maximize the efficiency, being sure you have the correct knowledge about the tools provided by the Division.- Define targets for the internal sales team, considering the defined strategy and growth ambitions- Coach and train the sales team, making sure they have the necessary knowledge and skills (efficient task assignment in the team, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of your team members)- Support and follow up the internal sales team, acting as a facilitator to enable efficient sales- Foster a culture of accountability and ownership- Set clear, measurable goals for the team- Hold regular one to one meeting with the internal sales, to review the sales activities, pipeline and targets- Use the analytics dashboards to spot trends, gaps and make sure the team is on the right track. Report to Business Line Manager CSO on forecast, results and deviation from the objectives- Take the necessary actions to keep updated installed based and CRM (prospects and customers)- Leads assignment / handling according to established processes- Collaboration with CSO external sales team and other areas to coordinate activities and ensure customer satisfaction.To succeed, you will need - Educational background: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or similar role (desirable in industrial sector)- Desirable advanced proficiency in O and CRM systems. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SAP, or similar- High level in English & Spanish- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and forecasting.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to close deals and influence stakeholders.- Commitment to delivering exceptional service- Strong team management and coaching skills to direct members and we value the ability to influence others without having direct authority.In return, we offer

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our customer center in Coslada (Madrid).
