Essential Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in telecommunications sales, optical networks, or other hardware-related telecom sectors.
- Proven success managing major accounts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
- Deep knowledge of optical transceivers, DWDM systems, coherent optics, switching/routing ecosystems, and operator procurement cycles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage C-level relationships.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
⭐ Preferred
- Experience in optical module companies or photonic manufacturing.
- Familiarity with integral trends: 5G transport, broadband deployment, open/disaggregated optical networks.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Málaga.
