Job description
Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Representative Agents for our incoming agency in Costa del Sol.
As a Representative Agent, you will be the main point of contact for our customers during their holidays, ensuring they enjoy an unforgettable experience in Costa del Sol.
You will assist them with any queries, provide solutions, and help them make the most of their stay.
The main responsibilities are
* Promote and sell our excursions and additional services to customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local hoteliers and service providers.
* Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have.
* Support airport assistance and transfers from the airport to the hotel.
* Report any changes or inconsistencies to our main office.
Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Tourism.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Valid driving license (Category B).
* Advanced level of English and German (both required).
* Proficiency in standard office applications.
* Flexible working schedule.
* Resident in Torremolinos, Benalmadena or Fuengirola.
