As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy and initiatives for HARTMANN's Region 2 countries (Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
Support the launch and maintenance of products and digital assets platforms.
Manage digital platform projects according to R2 countries' launch plans.
Set up, track, and optimize email marketing and marketing automation journeys with an omnichannel approach.
Set up, track, and optimize digital advertisement campaigns across Google, social media, programmatic, etc.
Manage social media content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management for B2B and B2C channels.
Execute digital activities to enhance project and campaign performance, focusing on monetization and efficiency.
Generate reports and dashboards in internal and external platforms for digital analytics.
Implement and supervise SEO initiatives and monitor performance.
Bachelor's degree in marketing; a master's in digital marketing is desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the health industry.
Training or certification in data protection (e.g., In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR.
Proven experience working with sensitive data and managing customer databases.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian, French, or Dutch is a plus.
Permanent contract.
