Your profile
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Dynamics 365
* Experience with consolidation software and financial investment environment
* Knowledge of Opera Consolidation tool is a plus
* Experience with IFRS and international accounting practices
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Fluent in Spanish and English; basic knowledge of French is advantageous
* Strong technical, automation, and analytical skills
* Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
* Flexible, team-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
* Customer service-oriented with experience in a business environment
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Relevant experience as an auditor in a Big 4 or second-tier accounting firm
Main responsibilities & tasks
* Coordinate and supervise the monthly consolidation process
* Prepare consolidated annual accounts and interim accounts
* Assist in defining and supervising the implementation of IFRS-based accounting policies
* Provide technical support to the Accounting Department regarding IFRS and local GAAP conversion
* Review and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
* Support additional reporting requirements
* Lead strategic tasks and projects within the Finance area
* Analyze financial data to explain variances and interpret results
* Communicate financial results clearly to management
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting documentation
* Develop new processes and systems as needed
