Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will design, build, and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines to enable reliable data storage, processing, and analysis across Grifols. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality, governance, and actionable insights for enterprise decisions. The role focuses on scalable data processing, quality checks, and enabling AI/ML and BI use cases within a global healthcare context. This is a hybrid opportunity with a permanent contract.

* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize models and algorithms for data quality, security, and governance.
* Ensure data consistency and integrity during integration, performing data validation and cleaning as needed.
* Transform raw data into usable formats through cleansing, aggregation, filtering, and enrichment techniques.
* Optimize data pipelines and processing workflows for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
* Monitor and tune data systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement caching and indexing to enhance query performance.
* Implement data quality checks and validations within data pipelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
* Take responsibility for exploiting enterprise information assets and analytics to support automated decisions and human performance augmentation.
* Establish governance of data and algorithms used for analysis and automated decision making.
Responsabilidades
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems, or related quantitative field;
Master's degree preferred
* Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)
* Experience in data modeling is a plus
* Minimum 5 years of experience in data management disciplines (data integration, modeling, optimization, data quality) or related data engineering responsibilities
* Experience with SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, or Microsoft Fabric is highly valued
* Deep knowledge of Apache Spark for scalable data pipelines
* Experience with SQL and Oracle;
NoSQL databases are a plus
* Hands-on Python programming experience
* Ability to design, build, and deploy data solutions for AI/ML and BI
