We are building a network of freelance Recruitment Partners to collaborate on international hiring projects. You will work independently while leveraging our client base and opportunities, focusing on delivering great candidate experiences and successful placements.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates globally.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full recruitmentlifecycle—partnering with clients and identifying top talent acrossglobal markets.
What You Will Be Doing Daily:
Identify and engage qualified candidates using diverse sourcing methods
Work closely with clients to define hiring needs and expectations
Oversee the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage
Keep clear, professional communication with both candidates and clients
Continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of active talent
What You'd Need:
Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role (at least 6 months)
Comfort using recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently
Well-organized, proactive, and goal-focused approach
Professional fluency in English, spoken and written
