About the Client & Project
The client is building a highly scalable digital platform ecosystem, where uptime, system reliability, and business continuity are critical.
Given the integration of multiple enterprise systems, ensuring disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCRM) is a key priority.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Platform Resiliency Lead to design and manage disaster recovery and business continuity strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCRM) strategies
* Design failover mechanisms and recovery processes
* Conduct DR drills and simulation exercises
* Ensure system availability, uptime, and resilience
* Collaborate with engineering teams to build fault-tolerant architectures
* Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
* Maintain documentation for recovery processes and SLAs
Must Have Skills
* 5–10 years of experience in DR / BCRM / Platform Resiliency
* Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise platforms
* Experience with incident management and recovery planning
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
* Ability to work across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
* Experience in MarTech platforms
* Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability systems
* Certifications in BCM / DR frameworks
