Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join MIMO Biosciences, a leading company providing highly scientific CRO services to pharmaceutical companies. MIMO stands out for its unique animal models and expertise in onco-hematological diseases, mainly multiple myeloma, lymphoma, and myeloid malignancies. The company is headquartered in Pamplona, Spain, with state-of-the-art animal facilities and a strong international presence.
Identify potential clients by analyzing their portfolio, business strategy, compound mechanisms of action, outsourcing approach, and key decision-makers.
Monitor and follow up on projects from both budgetary and project management perspectives.
Collaborate and coordinate with other business development agents.
Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
Flexible schedule and the possibility of partial remote work.
Opportunities to attend international conferences and business events in Europe and the United States.
Competitive compensation package including a fixed salary and performance-based variable component.
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Genetics, or similar). A PhD in a related field will be considered a plus.
At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a Business Development department.
High level of English (C1), essential for international communication.
Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and generate new business opportunities.
