You will understand the importance of Systems infrastructure & real time data exchange to ensure optimal Service to our Customers & reduced manual intervention. Performance of our fulfilment providers will be aligned to our customer service metrics & you will ensure there are Joint Cost 2 Serve Initiatives to improve & support Supply Chain efficiencies.Become the key point of contact for any logistics question from your market's stakeholders as well as regional and global stakeholders.Work in close partnership with the Regional Logistics Manager to deploy the regional logistics strategy across the markets in scope, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution.Contribute to the Europe COE Logistics Team in cross functional support initiatives, projects and temporary backup support.Support Procurement with local Logistics & Freight contracting by providing operational expertise to secure customer-measured service performance.Ensure contracted logistics operations follow regional standards for system integration, process excellence, compliance, insurance, security, and technology.Lead & implement Cost 2 Serve initiatives aligned to Customer Engagement Strategy [Gold/Silver/Bronze] & Bacardi's sustainability objectives; focused on Joint Value Creation & Collaboration activities with the Customer to improve Service, Delivery Efficiency, Sustainability & CostLead & implement Cost 2 Serve initiatives with contract partners to ensure cost optimization, linked to Bacardi's sustainability objectivesSecure the business: ensure sufficient capacity & resources at contractors to support business requirements in short, mid & long term. Frequent visits to the Contractors facilities will be required.Ensure compliance with governance models for 3PLs, Business Security (including Cyber Attacks) & Customs & Excise aligned to the regional blueprintVested interest in industry movements & future approaches to logistics & fulfilment services, to ensure that Bacardi are always at the cutting edge of systems & technological advancementsSKILLS Track record of executing & managing contracts.
