✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in facilitating ideation, synthesis, and co-creation workshops.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.
- Background in B2B, B2C, or omnichannel service environments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.
- Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to align design with goals.
- Define and monitor service experience metrics (e.G., NPS, CSAT, usability).
- Promote inclusive design, accessibility, and design thinking across the organization.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers in areas like persona development and data analysis.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate emerging practices into service design.
