The Quality Analyst will review websites, landing pages, and digital marketing setups to ensure everything is functioning properly and aligned with project requirements before launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality assurance reviews of websites and landing pages
- Review website builds for:
- Layout and design consistency
- Responsive behavior across devices
- Navigation and link functionality
- Form functionality and submission routing
- Verify tracking and analytics setup, including:
- Google Tag Manager container installation
- GA4 tracking
- Conversion events and form submissions
- Phone click tracking (when applicable)
- Review digital marketing configurations, including campaign landing pages and integrations
- Document issues clearly in our project management system and assign them to the appropriate team
- Retest items after fixes are completed to confirm resolution
- Support launch readiness checks to ensure projects meet quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience reviewing websites or digital marketing setups preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and common CMS platforms is helpful
- Ability to clearly document issues and communicate with internal teams
- Comfortable working within a structured QA checklist and process
