Responsibilities
* Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive, precise on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc).
* Accurately report work performed in real-time at the equipment level to ensure the accuracy of e-Optimum and Customer Notification systems.
* Maintain excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users on-site by applying the Ambassador attitude.
* Ensure equipment safety and optimal performance.
* Manage the site environment during service operations.
* Identify site risks and communicate them to your supervisor.
* Take immediate action in high-risk situations and follow escalation procedures.
* Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, seek approval if not covered by the contract, and perform repairs.
Customer Relationship Management
* Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
* Report work accurately and promptly to ensure system updates and notifications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and end-users on-site.
* Ensure safety and performance of equipment.
* Manage the site environment during service activities.
* Identify and communicate risks to supervisors.
* Act immediately on high-risk issues and escalate appropriately.
* Identify and perform unplanned repairs with proper approval.
Service Operations
* Prioritize safety for end-users and the site.
* Follow safety and maintenance instructions during operations.
* Execute service visits efficiently, respecting schedules, quality standards, and processes.
* Plan workload effectively with the service supervisor.
* Report work and manage time sheets accurately.
* Manage proximity stock and request spare parts as needed.
* Maintain the safety and condition of tools, vehicles, and instruments.
* Contribute to product, method, and safety improvements through feedback.
Leadership / People Management
* Update supervisors regularly on relevant information.
* Maintain knowledge of lift technology and attend training sessions.
* Provide training or coaching to nominated personnel as required.
