Role: Lead Software Engineer

Our partner is building a disruptive platform redefining customer experience through advanced technologies, including AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation. Over the past 18 months, their business landscape has evolved rapidly, creating the need to scale their engineering capabilities to keep pace with growing market demand.
This role excludes people management and focuses on project leadership.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, highly available systems—from scoping to production—with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
Create practical, high-impact solutions that meet business and technical requirements
Strong backend foundation in distributed systems, cloud platforms, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Proficient in Go or proficient in C/C++/Python/Rust with a rapid ramp to Go
Proven track record translating business needs into technical roadmaps and iterative, client-facing deliveries
Experience building and operating SaaS products at scale
Clear, effective communicator with stakeholders, clients, and engineering teams; produces solid documentation and RFCs
Partner closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to ship reliable, high-impact solutions
